There has been so much going on this 3rd quarter. On March 10 we celebrated St. Patrick's Day since the holiday falls during Spring Break. After learning Saint Patrick's story and his heart for the Irish, we made Irish Soda Bread (as well as fresh butter) and learned to dance a jig.
