We read the classic story The Gingerbread Man today. Our class made a gingerbread man to go with a gingerbread lady I had made at home and brought in. We put him in the oven before computer lab time. But when we went to check on him he wasn't there!! He had left clues which sent us on a school wide hunt for the gingerbread man. Finally, we caught up to him when he stopped to take a rest. Then we decorated and ATE them both. No one seemed to mind.
